For example, if you put text along a curve, notice how letter edges that would ordinarily be vertical remain perpendicular to the curve. If you convert paragraph text in a fixed-sized text frame to curves, any text that overflows the text frame is deleted. The vertical edges of the rectangle remained vertical, and I would have expected/wanted them to be angled such that if projected, they would pass through the circles center point. To draw a symmetrical curve, hold down Shift, and click to set the height. Release the mouse button, and click to set the height of the curve. Any linked text objects are also converted to curves.
